DAY 1 LIMA PICK UP
Upon arrival reception and transfer to the select hotel - overnight (no meals)

Day 2 LIMA / CUSCO
Pick up from your hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cusco (airfare included) upon arrival reception and transfer to the select hotel - rest of day at leisure to acclimatize to the altitude - overnight (B)

Day 3 CITY TOUR PM
Morning at leisure, afternoon 2;00pm you will be taken on a city tour and visit a local archeological sites, the Cathedral, Koricancha, Sacsayhuaman and surroundings returning later afternoon 5:30pm to your hotel around and enjoy the hospitality of the local people (B)

Day 4 INCA TRAIL TO MACHU PICCHU 2/1 from Km. 104
We will pick up our passengers from their hotels at 5:40 AM, after which we will start our journey by train from Cusco. We will start our hike from km 104 towards Wiñayhuayna (an archaeological site). In the afternoon we will take the bus to Aguas Calientes and spend the night in a hotel there.(box Lunch)

Day 5 MACHU PICCCHU - CUSCO
Wiñayhuayna - Machu Picchu - Cusco Early in the morning, we will take the bus to Machu picchu to have a guided tour. In the afternoon we will take the train back to Cusco, arriving at approximately 7:00 PM.(lunch)

Day 6 HORSE BACK RIDING HALF DAY
From 9:00 in the morning until 2:00 in the afternoon we go to Sacsayhuaman, Q´enko, Puca Pucara, and the water temple of Tambomachay. We have lovely views of the city of Cusco and the surrounding countryside.

Day 7 CUSCO / PUERTO MALDONADO - Macaw Clay lick 3/2
Pick up from your hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Puerto Maldonado (airfare included) upon arrival reception and transfer to the wasai Maldonado Lodge, where you will receive a welcoming tropical fruit beverage. You will embark for a 3 to 4 hour motorboat trip up the Tambopata river to WASAI Tambopata Lodge & Research Center (box lunch on board). During the trip into the heart of the rain forest  we will be able to observe clouds of butterflies,  typical Amazon communities , while groups of birds pass over the boat and animals such as capybaras turtles and caiman. Reception and accommodation at Wasai lodge. Introductory  walk to understand rainforest ecosystems and see some of the amazing trees . Return to the lodge for dinner. After dinner we will return to the river to search for caimans ( type of alligator) . We will enjoy diverse sounds of the jungle which will  accompany our first night in the amazon. Sleep in the lodge.

Day 8 TAMBOPATA RIVER AND MACAWS
Wake up early (5 am) and travel up the Tambopata River for an our and half to the Bahuaja- Sonene National Park. You will see a magical sunrise and it is a great opportunity to see animals such as capybaras, tapir , Jaguar, and deer in the surrounding virgin forest. We will observe ( from a save distance) one of the greatest spectacle of the rainforest: Hundreds of parrots, parakeets and macaws of varius species, enjoying their diet of mineral salts on a river bank. We will have  a hot drink and a snack whilst watching birds and go for a short walk to look for animals such as monkeys. We will return to to the lodge to have a late breakfast, and rest. After lunch we will enter the verdant jungle on a special trail to observe wild life. We will then enter the territory of peccaries, deer, and others, with the possibility to hear or see the tracks of them, or discovering a troop of monkeys traveling through the forest in search of food. Time permitting, we will be able to enjoy a relaxing swim in the cascade of the cat. After dinner we can make another trip through the jungle, search for caimans or relax in our lodge surrounded by exotic nocturnal sounds.

Day 9 TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT
